Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at r.teema@teemarucksajit.com and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.
All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at r.teema@teemarucksajit.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority. Free of charge of course!
Cancellations And Changes
You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit or a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.
Change Of Mind
We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.
COVID-19 Update
Shipping delays - updated May 18, 2020
All shipping service carriers are currently experiencing significant delays of up to 2-3 weeks. In addition to the delivery delays, the provision of inaccurate tracking information may be experienced by some customers.
How much does delivery cost?
As part of our low price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders across USA.
And we don't charge more if you live in a regional area - you get free shipping just like our metro-loving friends.
For shipping to other parts of the world, we charge a small flat-rate fee of just $19.95. Regardless of the size of your order and regardless of the material selected. No catches and no hidden costs.

We ship (nearly) anywhere in the world. Once you reach checkout you'll be able to see if we ship to your country, or feel free to Contact Us and we'll let you know.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
Who will deliver my parcel?
For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we organise courier delivery to your door. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won't leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.
How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. If you're wondering about the status of your order, you can track the progress here.
What if my print is damaged in transit?
Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@wallartprints.com
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
